4wdID Terms, Privacy Policy and Account Registration Declaration
Account and Service Nature
Creating a 4wdID account only creates a basic login account. It does not grant any platform course level, training record, instructor, base, media partner, brand partner, course director or other business role. Such roles, permissions, public display rights, cooperation qualifications or course records must be reviewed, activated or confirmed by 4wdID HQ or authorized administrators.
Accuracy of User Information
You confirm that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that you will update it when it changes. 4wdID may request additional or corrected information for safety, courses, training records, card production, review, reconciliation, compliance and account-security purposes.
Privacy and Data Processing
4wdID may process account information, enquiry information, course booking information, instructor/base information, vehicle and training experience information, learner rosters, emergency contacts, health/risk declarations, photos, signature pages, score sheets, assessment materials, file-access logs, system logs, email and SMS notification records. Sensitive personal information is processed only where necessary for course safety, risk assessment, training records, material review, emergency contact, account security or legal compliance, and access is permission-controlled.
General Course Risk Notice
Future 4wdID courses may involve off-road driving, vehicle operation, outdoor environments, equipment use, route changes, weather changes, recovery waiting time, vehicle damage and personal safety risks. This account registration notice is only a general notice. Before enrolling in or attending a specific course, you must separately read and confirm the applicable risk disclosure, health declaration, safety instructions, responsibility documents and on-site rules.
Safety Responsibility Is Not Waived
Risk disclosure helps you understand course risks and cooperate with safety management. It does not waive any legally required safety, management, warning or rescue obligations of 4wdID, partner bases, instructors or other service providers. Nothing excludes, restricts or limits liability that cannot be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable law.
User Safety Obligations
You must follow course rules, instructor and base safety requirements, use required safety equipment properly, disclose health, driving experience, vehicle condition or other safety-relevant information, and must not conceal important risks or act without authorization.
Own Vehicle / Rental Vehicle Responsibility
If you use your own vehicle, a rental vehicle or a third-party vehicle, you are responsible for confirming legality, suitability, insurance and safety condition. Vehicle use, repair, recovery, transport, insurance claims and third-party responsibility may belong to the owner, user, rental provider, insurer or relevant responsible party.
Notices and Third-Party Services
4wdID may send account-security, booking, course, training-record, file-access and service notices by email, SMS, phone, in-app notice or other reasonable channels. Email, SMS, cloud, storage, analytics, map, payment or other third-party services are used only where needed for business purposes and compliance.
Regions and Later Documents
4wdID may supplement or update applicable documents according to legal, venue, course and partner requirements in China, Australia or other operating regions. Later documents will be shown or confirmed in the relevant business workflow.
