Submit an account deletion request
Account deletion enters a cooling-off period and human review. Submission does not immediately destroy the account or records that must be retained.
How to submit
When the relevant entry is available in the 4wdID app, open Me → Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account / Privacy Request. Contact official support if the entry is unavailable.
Cooling off and cancellation
An account deletion request enters a cooling-off period and human review. The applicable period and processing path are confirmed through an available in-app entry or official support.
Lawful retention
Orders, contracts, payment evidence, security audits, SOS records, and other records that must be retained are not destroyed immediately when a request is submitted. Processing follows applicable legal, contractual, and security duties and retains an audit trail.
What submission does not do
- It does not immediately delete the account.
- This page does not disable accounts, release contacts, or revoke sessions.
- A public form will never ask for a password, verification code, or access token.

If the in-app entry is unavailable, contact info@4wdid.com and state that you want to submit an account deletion request. We do not show a false deleted or completed state before processing.
