Accounts

• Provide lawful registration information that you are authorized to use and protect your login credentials.
• Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or bypass access and security controls.
• Contact official support promptly if you detect suspicious login or account risk.

User content

You must ensure that submitted text, images, trails, and other content are lawful and that you hold the necessary rights. You grant 4wdID a non-exclusive license to use, copy, format, and display that content as needed to review, operate, and improve the service.

• Community content is reviewed before publication.
• The platform may hide, reject, remove, or archive unlawful, dangerous, or unsuitable content.
• Community trails are shared experiences, not navigation or access permits.

Service and payment boundary

The initial app release does not provide online payment. Prices, enrolment, payment, and refund rules for courses, events, partner parks, and certification services are governed by official website pages, contracts, and confirmed service records.

Safety and responsibility

Off-roading carries real risk. Maps, sensors, and community data are for reference only. The app does not provide navigation or rescue and does not guarantee that a trail is legal, open, or accessible. You must verify conditions independently and remain responsible for your decisions.

Suspension and termination

The platform may lawfully restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate accounts or content associated with illegal conduct, abuse, security risk, or serious rule violations, while retaining necessary audit records.
