Include
- The issue category and approximate time.
- App version and iOS version.
- Only necessary screenshots, without passwords, verification codes, access tokens, complete identity documents, or precise coordinates.
Account deletion and privacy requests
Use Me → Settings → Account & Privacy in the app when available. If the entry is temporarily unavailable, submit the request by official email. A support acknowledgement does not mean the account has been deleted; cooling-off, human review, and lawful retention rules still apply.
Emergencies
4wdID does not provide rescue. For personal safety or urgent risk, contact local emergency, medical, or rescue services first.
