Privacy requests
When the relevant in-app entry is available, users can submit account deletion, data export, or consent withdrawal requests. Official support is available when that entry is unavailable.
Request types
- Account deletion enters cooling off and human review and does not trigger immediate physical deletion.
- Data export records a portability request; scope and delivery are confirmed after identity and compliance review.
- Consent withdrawal records a request concerning location, cloud sync, or other consent. Device permissions can still be managed in iOS Settings.
Identity and privacy
An available in-app entry uses the signed-in account to confirm request identity and does not require a name, phone, email, or precise coordinates in the request body. Official support never asks for a password, verification code, or access token through a public form.
Status and audit
An available in-app entry shows only request status visible to that account and cannot read or withdraw another account's request. Submission, cancellation, and human handling retain necessary audit records without raw contact details.
